Always the last full week in April!
The National Special Events Registry deemed the last full week in April Publish Your Works Week to motivate adults and children to stop talking or thinking about getting their works (manuscripts, poems, stories, editorials, memoirs, books, photographs, comic strips, drawings, etc.) in print and actually take steps to get them published, as well as educate prospective authors and illustrators on the process of publishing.
