- What made you decide to write about Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau? Did you know them personally?
- How did you conduct your research for Jack & Walter?
- Was there anything surprising that you learned about Lemmon or Matthau in the course of writing the book? If so, what was it?
- To what do you attribute their success as a comedy team? Why were they so funny together?
- What comedy duo today do you think has the potential to become the next legendary team and why? Do they compare to Lemmon and Matthau in any way?
- How has comedy changed since the Lemmon/Matthau days and what do you think of those changes?
